Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancel anytime
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep access until the period ends, with no further charges.
Refund eligibility
We offer refunds in these specific cases:
- First 7 days — if you're a new customer and CreatyMoat has not yet published anything to your connected accounts, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your first payment.
- Service outage — if the Service is unavailable for more than 48 consecutive hours in a billing period, you can request a pro-rated refund.
- Billing errors — any accidental duplicate or incorrect charges will be refunded in full.
Not eligible for refund
- Subjective dissatisfaction with AI-generated content quality (we iterate with you instead).
- Billing periods already started where content has been published.
- Account suspensions due to violation of our Terms of Service.
How to request a refund
Email billing@creatymoat.com with:
- Your account email
- The charge date and amount
- Reason for the request
We respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days via the original payment method.
If your content quality isn't great
Before requesting a refund, give us a chance to fix it. Most quality issues come from incomplete brand context (missing menu items, outdated services, wrong tone). Update your brand profile in your dashboard and we'll regenerate your weekly calendar at no cost.
