How long until my first content is ready?
Within 24 hours of completing checkout. Our Strategist agent runs your first weekly calendar overnight; the Copywriter and Designer agents fill it in. You'll get an email when posts are ready for your review.
How do I connect my Instagram?
In your dashboard, click "Connect Instagram" — we use Meta's official OAuth. You'll grant us access to your Business/Creator account. We never ask for your password.
Can I edit posts before they go live?
Yes — every post goes through an approval queue by default. You can approve, edit, or reject each one. If you trust the system, you can enable auto-publish per content type.
What about sensitive customer DMs?
Our AI detects complaints, refund requests, medical questions, and other sensitive topics automatically. Those are routed to you via email/Slack/WhatsApp instead of being auto-replied.
How does the AI know my brand voice?
During onboarding we analyze your existing posts, website, and any sources you share. This becomes your brand context — services, tone, signature phrases, team members. Every generated post references this real data.
What languages are supported?
Arabic (Gulf, Egyptian, MSA dialects) and English are native. For hotels and international audiences we also handle Spanish, French, German, Russian, and Mandarin DM replies.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your dashboard with one click. You keep access until the end of the current billing period. See our Refund Policy for details.
How is my data protected?
Access tokens encrypted at rest (AES-256). TLS for data in transit. Row-Level Security on our database. We never sell data, never share with advertisers, never use your content to train third-party models.
Why did my post fail to publish?
Common reasons: Meta token expired (reconnect from dashboard), Instagram content policy violation (we flag these before attempting), or temporary API rate limit. You'll see the specific reason on the failed post.
